For more than 30 years these have been my goals in helping people through the pain, trauma, and challenges that life inevitably brings. I believe it is how we respond to these universal experiences that shapes who we are and the direction of our lives.

We're a counselling & psychotherapy clinic offering affirming and empowering in-person services in Barrie, and virtually all over Ontario. Individuals and couples of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship styles, and neurodivergent experiences are welcome!

Heidi uses creative approaches in her work with women, children and families. She uses art and play therapy to help children express and process their emotions. Heidi also works with women needing a warm and supportive place to process a variety of life issues.
